Mission

To provide emergency funds for essential goods and services for persons with Mild/moderate Traumatic Brain Injury and to promote education about brain injury.

The Brain Trust, a non-profit organization, was founded by Mary Ann Keatley and Kay Jones in early 1998. It was established to address the multitude of mild/moderate brain injured patients that have found themselves in difficult situations (i.e. financial, mental, physical, etc.). Whether the patient can no longer work at their job, drive themselves to doctor's appointments, or they just need help organizing their life - they find themselves requiring assistance that insurance just won't provide. It is this assistance that The Brain Trust strives to make available.

The Brain Trust helps those with a MTBI (Mild Traumatic Brain Injury) get back on their feet, so once again they can help themselves become the self sufficient person they once were. Therefore being able to give back to the community financially while sharing their authentic self with the world.

The Brain Trust is a ALL VOLUNTEER board with a very low overhead thanks to all our sponsors. Our board members know first hand the devastating effects of a head injury. Many are professionals in the field of MTBI. Others have had a personal experience, or have seen a loved one go through the physical, mental, spiritual, and FINANCIAL roller coaster ride.

The Brain Trust dedicates their time knowing how much it makes a difference in the lives of those who have felt there is no hope especially in the midst of chaos. The number one reason The Brain Trust is succeeding is because of donators like you! We are so abundantly grateful for your continued donations so we can further our mission.

So, please browse around our website for information about Donating, Events, About Us, Brain Injury Info, or Contact Us.

May you experience a wonderful day!
